Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live. You must provide accurate information, maintain only one account unless we approve otherwise, and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

2. The Mani Service

Mani allows eligible users to earn in-app points by completing activities such as submitting qualifying receipts, checking in, reaching step milestones, referrals, and viewing sponsored content. Available activities, eligibility rules, limits, and point amounts may vary and will be shown in the app.

3. Receipts and User Submissions

You may submit only genuine receipts from eligible transactions that you are authorized to use. Receipts must be legible, complete, and not previously submitted by you or another user. You may not alter receipts, submit returns as completed purchases, submit another person's receipts without authorization, or use automated or deceptive means to obtain points.

Receipt scores and points may depend on information available on the receipt and our validation rules. We may reject, re-score, or investigate a submission when information is incomplete, duplicated, inconsistent, or suggests fraud or abuse.

4. Points

Points are promotional loyalty units, not money, property, stored value, or a financial instrument. Points cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or withdrawn as cash. They have value only when redeemed for an available reward through Mani. We may correct point errors and revoke points obtained through fraud, abuse, technical error, or a violation of these Terms.

We may change earning rates, redemption rates, limits, or available activities for future transactions. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Any expiration rule will be disclosed before it applies.

5. Rewards and Tremendous

When you meet the displayed redemption threshold, you may exchange points for a reward. Rewards are fulfilled through Tremendous and its payout partners. Reward selection, availability, geographic eligibility, delivery, expiration, and use may be subject to additional provider terms. Rewards are generally final once issued, except where required by law or when fulfillment fails before delivery.

We may delay, cancel, or refund a redemption while reviewing suspected fraud, sanctions, account eligibility, technical errors, or provider restrictions. You are responsible for providing accurate reward-delivery information and for any taxes associated with rewards.

6. Advertising and Promotional Activities

Some activities may require completion of an advertisement or sponsored interaction. Points are credited only when Mani receives a valid completion signal. Randomized point amounts, when offered, award in-app points rather than cash or a directly issued prize; the applicable range and conditions will be displayed in the app. Points cannot be purchased and no payment is required to participate.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Use bots, emulators, scripts, tampered devices, location spoofing, or other automation to manipulate the Service.
• Create or control multiple accounts to evade limits or obtain duplicate rewards.
• Submit false, stolen, altered, duplicate, refunded, or otherwise ineligible receipts.
• Interfere with security, reverse engineer the Service except where law permits, or access nonpublic systems or data.
• Use Mani for unlawful, commercial resale, money-laundering, sanctions-evasion, or other abusive purposes.

8. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Mani and request account deletion at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access, withhold a redemption during review, or revoke improperly obtained points if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used the Service fraudulently. Where appropriate, you may contact us to appeal a decision.

9. Intellectual Property

Mani, its software, branding, content, and related intellectual property belong to Bridgeworks or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, any particular point-earning opportunity, or the continued availability of a specific reward. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridgeworks and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, points, or opportunities arising from the Service. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply. Before filing a formal claim, you and Bridgeworks agree to attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting the other party. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear unresolved disputes.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated Terms and update the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted.
