Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 10, 2026

Bridgeworks Inc. ("Bridgeworks," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Mani mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and disclose it, and the choices available to you. It applies to Mani users in the United States.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

  • Account information, including your name, email address, nickname, profile image, sign-in provider identifier, language, country, and time zone.
  • Receipt information, including receipt images and information visible on or extracted from them, such as merchant, date, purchased items, total amount, and partially masked payment information.
  • Receipt-submission location, including a one-time foreground location and its accuracy when you allow location access. You can still submit a receipt if you decline or if your location is unavailable.
  • Rewards and activity information, including point balances and history, reward redemptions, check-ins, step milestones, referral activity, and advertising reward activity.
  • Device and usage information, including IP address, device and advertising identifiers, app interactions, diagnostics, crash information, and approximate location inferred from IP address.
  • Step-count data when you choose to enable the Walk & Earn feature. Mani does not require this feature to use receipt rewards.
  • Communications you send to customer support or in connection with privacy requests.

We receive this information from you, your device, sign-in providers, advertising and analytics partners, and service providers that help us operate Mani.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, personalize, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Authenticate accounts and provide customer support.
  • Analyze receipts, calculate points, and fulfill rewards.
  • Measure advertising and product performance.
  • Verify where receipts were submitted and detect duplicate receipts, fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms.
  • Comply with law, enforce our agreements, and protect users, Bridgeworks, and others.

3. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients:

  • Cloud hosting, database, receipt-analysis, analytics, crash-reporting, communications, and customer-support providers.
  • Advertising and mediation partners, including AppLovin and participating ad networks, to serve and measure ads subject to your privacy choices.
  • Authentication providers, including Google and, where available, Apple.
  • Tremendous and its payout partners when you redeem points. This may include your name, email address, country, reward amount, and redemption information.
  • Government authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety.
  • A successor or prospective successor in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

4. Advertising and Analytics Choices

Mani uses analytics, crash-reporting, and advertising technologies. Certain disclosures for personalized or cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered "sharing" under California law. You can opt out using the privacy control in the app or by contacting us. Your device settings may also allow you to limit advertising identifiers or tracking. Opting out does not prevent all ads; it limits the use of your information for certain personalized advertising.

5. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service and for the purposes described in this Policy. You may delete your account from the My tab in Mani or submit a request through our account deletion page.

When an account is deleted, we remove or de-identify direct account identifiers. We may retain limited records where reasonably necessary for reward accounting, fraud and abuse prevention, dispute resolution, security, or legal compliance. We delete or de-identify retained information when those purposes no longer apply. Information already held by a reward provider remains subject to that provider's retention obligations and privacy policy.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising. You may also have the right to appeal a decision concerning your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

7. Security and International Processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Bridgeworks is based in the Republic of Korea, and information may be processed in the United States, Korea, and other countries where our providers operate. These countries may have different data-protection laws.

8. Children

Mani is not directed to children under 18, and users must be at least 18 or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
