Delete Your Mani Account

You can request deletion of your Mani account and associated personal data either inside the app or by contacting Bridgeworks Inc. through this page. You do not need to reinstall the app to submit a request.

Option 1: Delete in the app

  1. Open Mani and sign in.
  2. Open the My tab.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Review the warning and confirm deletion.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Email us from the address associated with your Mani account. Include “Mani account deletion request” and the email address used to sign in. We may request additional information solely to verify that you control the account.

What happens after deletion

  • Your account access is disabled and direct account identifiers are removed or de-identified.
  • Unused points cannot be restored after deletion.
  • Limited reward, transaction, security, and fraud-prevention records may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, disputes, or abuse prevention.
  • Data retained by a reward provider is handled under that provider's own legal and retention obligations.

We normally complete verified requests within 30 days. If additional time is permitted and required, we will notify you. For more information, read the Mani Privacy Policy.
